The original photograph shall be sent attached, in JPG (JPEG)
format, resolution of 300 dpi. |

Important information
In case you send your order by post, suitable originals are photo-lab made photographs with good definition
and sharpness, on glossy paper or in digital form on a CD, flash disc or similar medium.
In the event of an electronic order using our form or your e-mail, photographs shall be in TIF, PSD, BMP,
JPG format and with resolution of 300 dpi as best.
The portrait head size should be at least 2,5 cm in height. Unsuitable originals are those printed out
by office printers, copy machines and photos of all-plastic identity cards.
The payment, if not stated otherwise, shall be payable on delivery. The price of postage and packing is
120,- CZK.
The time of delivery is up to 14 days.
We are not VAT payers.
In the case that a test view of the retouched photograph is requested and it is not used for manufacturing
its price is 470,- CZK.
